About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dryer Vent and Air Duct Cleaning Technician to join our team at Dryer Vent Superheroes of Mecklenburg County. As a technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our customers' dryer vents and air ducts, while providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Inspect and clean dryer vents and air ducts in residential and commercial properties
Identify and resolve any issues or obstructions in the vents and ducts
Utilize industry-specific tools and equipment to perform cleaning and maintenance
Educate customers on proper maintenance and care for their dryer vents and air ducts
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Requirements:

Prior experience in dryer vent and air duct cleaning preferred
Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
